General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

First of all, visit a doctor for a physical examination, especially if you are sexually active. An STD-panel is recommended in such cases, along with a urine analysis. Check with your doctor if the use of clotrimazole topical application will help. I recommend a doctors visit as only a more detailed and physical examination will help.

Best wishes.
