Hello,it feels like there is something in my nose right nostril near the top. I took an overnight train and there was air condition in there. plus i smoke just a little. i cant blow it out. dont know what it is. when i blew hard it gave me a little eye pain

Vasomotor rhinitis can present as nasal block/running nose/sneezing episodes/nasal congestion secondary to exposure to factors like climatic change,exposure to fumes,stress,alcohol.Avoid smoking,put nasal drops (xylometazoline) 3 drops 3 times a day for 2 days to see for relief
