Suggest Remedy For Discomfort In The Shoulder Area

Hi Dr. Rynne, recently I have been having a lot of discomfort in right shoulder area down into my lower back and along the spine. I have had two shoulder surgeries in the past due to dislocation problems, but along with this pain, I have been more tired lately and feel like I can never get enough sleep and have been having bad headaches for about 8 days now. The pain hurts more when I take a deep breath and I feel sore all over the shoulder, neck and back area. Every now and then I will feel dizzy, which is usually when I have a headache happening. I m just wondering what this could mean or if you have any suggestions or ideas as to what it could be. Thank-you, Kira

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, over all symptoms are suggestive of fibromyalgia and this needs to be confirmed first, clinical examination would be the last judge, till then I would suggest to have "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" once in day, if this is not the functional condition then you would get the best result of this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
