Suggest Remedy For Dislocating Joints & Ankle

For the past, maybe 5-6 months, my joints have been dislocating. It started off with my fingers and then my toes, and 2 days ago my ankle dislocated, and I can feel that one of my knees are off center, because its an uncomfortable pain, I am also feeling this in one of my elbows. Do you know what is wrong with me? How can I help this before I fall apart!?
