Suggest Remedy For Dizziness And Dull Ache In The Head

someone hit me in the back of the head now there is a dent there this happened about four hours ago i came over all tired feltt a bit sick and dizzy everything is fine now although i am still a little tired and my head hurts a little like a dull ache can i go to sleep
