Suggest Remedy For Dizziness And Motion Sickness

I was diagnosed with BPV by a ENT doctor after having the classic symptoms and the hall pike test. My vertigo was only when I lay down and get up from laying down and it was managable. Nevertheless, I decided I should see a doctor. After the hall pike test and seeing substantial jumping of the eyes when looking left, he performed the Epley manevear on me. I have not felt well ever since! Now I am dizzy/motion sick all day, not just when I lay down. This has been going on for 9 days. What should I do?
