Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Dizziness, headache, vomiting and difficulty to walk are suggestive of some neurological problem.
I suggest you to consult a physician or preferably a neurologist for clinical assessment.
Detailed history and relevant investigations like CT scan of head are required to find the cause of these symptoms.
Dizziness followed by vomiting are features of raised intracranial pressure, however, investigations need to be done to find out the cause.
Raised intracranial pressure is associated with pressure exerted by cerebro spinal fluid.
Thus, I suggest you to consult you neurologist at the earliest for further work up.

Thanks and take care
