Suggest Remedy For Dizziness, Chills And Fatigue

My 30 yr old daughter experiences dizziness, shakes, and weakness. She has been tested for diabetes and the test always come back negative. She had a full blood workup done and everything showed normal. She can usually drink orange juice and it subsides after about 30 minutes.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your daughter have dizziness, chills and fatigue which seems to be due to viral infection/ flu. Need not to worry much. I would suggest you to take acetaminophen, it will reduce fever & headache. Apply moist cloth on head dipped in cold water, can help to reduce fever & headache. You should take proper course of antibiotics for 5 days as it will take 5-7 days for viral fever to lower down. Drink plenty of fluids and have rest properly. Visit general physician once and get it completely examined and start treatment after proper prescription. Get blood tests done to find out exact diagnosis. Avoid oily and spicy food.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well soon.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
