Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem of dizziness and heaviness of head can be due to hypoglycaemia of low blood pressure. So blood pressure and blood sugar level should be checked in early morning to rule out that.If it is hypoglycaemia(low sugar in blood) then you should take a proper dinner at night. If low blood pressure level then fluids and salt intake should be increased to normalize that.If that is clear then other conditions like sinusitis should be ruled out.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
