Suggest Remedy For Dizziness ,rolling Of Eyes And Back Pain

Hi, I am a 22 year old female, yesterday finished my University degree. This morning I woke up feeling very dizzy, and my eyes were rolling. This has happened every time I have changed positions since then. It lasts about 30 seconds before fading, and leaves me feeling weak and trembly. I have been having back pain for a while, and went to see a chiropractor. I don't know if this is relevant. Please advise me, I'm quite confused and scared.
