Suggest Remedy For Dizziness While Bending The Neck

Sir, iam Babita , female age, 40 years. Since the past 3 weeks i am having diziness. It started without any past history one night as i was sleeping and my head spun so much that i had vomitings too. The family physician put meon diziron tab for a week---but things did not improve. the prob usd to be worse while turning from side to side while lying down. I consulted an RNT specialist and he too made me do the hearing test and a xray of the cervical region --both of which were negative, and told me to have diziron 25 mg --3 times. The problem did not get ok so last week on moday he did the Epleys manuvre...and sd not to take any medication but the problem had begun again since yesterday. i am experiencing diziness while bending my head foeward and backward during the exercises fo the neck. I feel uncomfortable even walking around as i feel light headed all the while. My father had a similar problem and his physician gave him Tab vertin for 3 weeks and the problem is over. Kindly advice me what to do
