Suggest Remedy For Dizziness

Hi. My son got hit on the side of the head/ear during soccer practice with a ball. He said at first he couldn t hear but a few minutes later was fine. Now a few hours later he s complaining of being very dizzy. He does have allergies but they haven t been bothering him. Should i be concerned?

dear,
Any injury to head should be explored an investigated if followed by a sequel of unconsciousness or as in your case dizziness.
some head injuries unlike other present with nornal functioning for some period after the blow, for a period which could extend from hours. However, a CT scan of head is quite essential to rule out any blood haemorrage in brain due to injury.
Therefore, i advice you an urgent CT scan of brain.
