hi i want to ask of what im feeling this time for how many months,,,,i had hi blood last march,,,and i had a general check up,,,and the result was negative and im drinking now amplodiphine 10 mg,,,but until now im suffering of dizziness always if i move and get up and walk....and im just lying down only since i have it,,,i hope this food supplemtn i wanted take it can help me,,,,please help em,,,how is this,,,

This dizziness is called vertigo.
Not related, nor will get alright with any food supplements.
High blood pressure causes this. Another possible reasons can be related the ear conditions.
Take an opinion of an ENT Specialist and Neurologist to get the proper diagnosis and treatment.
