Suggest Remedy For Dizziness,nausea,light Headedness And Pain While Swallowing

I feel very dizzy in the head, and with constant naseau, my head feel light headed, with a faint head ache. What bother's me aswell, is that underneath my chin, whenever i swallow, or yawn, the muscles forms a knot that is very painful. I can't consentrate too long with my eyes on one spot, then my head feels like needles and pin, and I feel that I am going to fall over.
