I m 37 years old female, I ve been having dizzy spells lately along with headaches, my temple area hurts when i touched them, real tender to touch. I have pain along my neck, neck soreness. I work sitting down and I get light headed and feel like i ll pass out. I ve been feeling like this for about a week now
