Suggest Remedy For Dragging Feeling Around Right Groin

Hi, I underwent inguinal groin hernia (right)surgery in 2003. Post surgery was relatively quiet. But 3 months back, i went for a ayurvedic massage where my stomach was pressed with some vehement force for about 5-7 mins. since then I have a feeling of dragging around my right groin. walking/standing all of it cause discomfort. NO pain at all, but it is that weird feeling of dragging that is so irritating. I checked with a couple of surgeons in Singapore, but they are not sure of a recurrence. But it has been 3 months now, I desperately want to come out of it event at the cost of another surgery. Please advise.
