hi sir/madam,
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
Prevention tips:-
1. Use a humidifier to add moisture to the air in your home.
2. Turn the temperature down on your bath water. Water that’s too hot can
dry skin.
3. Use mild soaps and cleansers, and stay away from heavy perfumes or dyes.
4. Consider bathing less frequently to allow your body’s natural oils to protect your skin.
5. Moisturize your skin when you first notice that it’s drying out.
6. Cover your ears with a hat or apply sunscreen to avoid
sunburn.
7. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
8. Wear clothing or hats made of natural fibers, like silk or cotton.
Prevention is better than cure as per Ayurveda. So follow my tips.
Consult your GP for further treatments.
hope this was helpful.
have a healthy day.
