Suggest Remedy For Dry And Itchy Vagina

My vagina itches alot mostly all the time sometimes my anus itches. Im almost 40 and I had my hormones checked the dr laughed and said my hormones were fine and I im still young. Im tired of going through this every night where do i go for help my dr cant find anything wrong. My vagina gets dry sometimes but no menopause. I dont understand.
