Hello,

Allergic Bronchitis with pharyngitis may be treated with Anti-histamines and anti-pyretic drugs. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water, avoid smoking and caffeinated drinks.

Use salt water gargling and water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
