Suggest Remedy For Dry Cough & Squeezing Problem

Hi, i have been having a dry cough & squeezing problem from last two days with lot of cough formation which i havt to spit out. i was taking homeopathic medicine, in that medicine my cough was better now again started . so now i have started to take zeculf cough syrup. Please advice.....

Dear you may be suffering from lower respiratory tract infection due to viral. Use water vapor inhalation, avoid cool drinks and freeze water. Tab. Azithromycin 500mg for five days. Tab. Deriphylline twice a day. Continue syrp. Still symptoms persisten you need to consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
