Suggest Remedy For Dry Eye While Having Keratoconus

I am facing dry eye since last week. It could be because of excessive working on computers. I used over the counter eye drops which is helping but not 100%. I feel like some dry air is blowing out of lower inside portion my eye. Today I felt like corner of the flesh (caruncle) is coming out a lot. I have Dr. appointment next week. I have Keratoconus and I use RGP lenses. Now a days I have stopped using them.

you shoud useRGPlens. over use of computer and dry eye can be linked, it is other wise called computer vision syndrome. give break while using computer. blink your eyes. use anti glare screen before computer screen. can put on antiglare specs. use artificial tear eyedrop lie refresh eye terdrop. move about in your room and look out side through window. you can start the precaution and medication before your visit to doctor.
