Suggest Remedy For Dry Hair And Oily Skin

I have very dry hair and oily skin..doctor suggested me to have minoz od..after reading the reviews i am so worried whether i should start this tablet or not.. There is a mismatch between my hair and skin..hair scalp is so dry and my face is oily with little pimples on it..

Hi,

You have dry hair and oily skin which is mainly due to stress, improper hygiene, environmental factors and hormonal changes. Need not to worry.

I would suggest you to apply olive oil on scalp for massage twice a week. Wash your face twice daily with cold water. Avoid shampoo rich in chemicals. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe supplements like Vitamin A, omega-3 and vitamin E along with Minoxidil hair spray. Apply aloe vera gel.
