Suggest Remedy For Dry Patches Of Skin On The Mons Pubis

Hi,
I was concerned because I have noticed that there are dry patches of skin on my mons pubis, and today there was a bit of pus coming out of one of them. I don't have any weird discharge or smells. I can't go to a doctor because I don't have insurance yet. Any ideas on what it is?
