Suggest Remedy For Dry Skin

i have a white, wrinkled, dime sized patch of dry skin near my pantie line. it has a rough feeling but does not itch or flake. i've had it for a few weeks now and it has not changed in size or anything. what sort of cream should i use to get rid of it?

hi .. it may be patch of atrophic skin... use any emmolient with urea lactic acid .. after applying for two weeks if it not improved then u consult local dermatologist .. thank you
