Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
As per your query the symptoms of dry eyes or Xeropthalmia and
dry mouth xerostomia are hallmark symptoms of Sjogrens syndrome as it is an
autoimmune disease and as you already have other autoimmune diseases like
Gluten intolerance so the chances of having Sjogrens syndrome is high..
You should
consult a Rheumatologist and and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluations and laboratory investigations can be diagnostic..
As of now you should take artificial tear drops for lubrication in eyes and can be instilled multiple times in eyes for reducing dryness in eyes..
You should also chew sugar free chewing gums as it helps in stimulating saliva flow..
You can instil artificial saliva drops in mouth for lubrication..
Drink plenty of water..
Avoid using mouthwash as it has drying effect in oral cavity..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
