Suggest Remedy For Dryness In Vagina

hello, i am a woman of 47 and last two years i had heavy bleeding during my periods which extendede d up to 15 to 20 days and after doctors advice i was put on some hormonal tablets. last month i got only spotting and nowadays my vagina seem to be dry during intercourse which i feel very discomfort . Pls help me with my problems.
