Suggest Remedy For Dull Ache In The Thighs

Im having pms and my thighs have a dull ache in them. Is this normal? What can I do about it? This is very painful and no medication I have taken is helping. Im 24 years old and iam over weight. I have and IUD (mirena) and have had it in since 2007, so I havent had a period since then. When I was 22 when I had my left overy and tube removed because it was causing me so much pain.
