My left ear has been blocked for a month.I have seen an ent doctor who said I do not have fluid or infection but it must be the inner ear.I have deafness ,pressure, dizziness and tinnitus. When I lay on my left side last night the pressure and deafness increased wihin seconds and it's even worse today.I am awaiting an mri scan.Is it possible this will clear on it's own?I have never suffered wiht ear problems before-i just woke up with it.
dear you may be suffering from eustachian tube blockage.caused by allergies or infections or post nasal drip etc.use water vapor inhalation, avoid cool drinks and freeze water.use decongest like otrivinnasal spray.if infection present means you can use antibiotics like amoxicilline clavulinic acid 625 mg thrice a day for 5 days.if symptoms not improved please consult your Ent surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
