Suggest Remedy For Ear Infections With Painful Tonsils

Hi,I'm on my 3rd set of antibiotics within the last 3/4 weeks due to having a throat infection which then turned to an ear infection. I am still unable to hear I'm my right ear but what my main concern is that after my throat calming down and the infection moving to my ear it now seems to of moved back to my throat! My tonsils this morning actually look quite veiny however haven't taken any painkillers since 3am this morning as it no longer feels sore??Can you advise on the above please ThanksSteph
