Suggest Remedy For Ear Problem

This started about 2 years ago. My ear makes popping sounds especially if i press against it. it will make a popping sound. Then sometimes, rarely though, when people start talking to loudly, or if i start talking to loudly, there is a strange buzzing in my ear. Then sometimes randomly when i am popping my ear multiple times my ear will go out. And i can still hear, but not very well. And it feels strange, like it is full. I don t know how to describe. This is also with both of my ears, it just alternates and it only happens on occasion. But today it was really bad and it took my a really long time before i could hear again. I don t know if this is related, but i also occasionally feel pressure in my head (brain?). I am going on a plane next week, and i don t want to go deaf or anything. Please help me!
