Suggest Remedy For Early, Heavy And Painful Periods
Hello, I am on my period but I started a little early this month. I am also in a lot of pain, it causes me to wake up and cry for 2-3 hours in the middle of the night. My flow is also a lot more than usual. I have gone through 6 tampons today which is way more than normal. Can you direct me in how I can prevent this from happening?
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern... According to your symptoms you should be suffering from Dysmenorrhea. This is a very common problem in females & early, heavy and painful periods are common features. This problem( dysmenorrhea) is more common in females who exercise less previous to their period & thus regularly exercise helps to reduce heavy and painful periods in long run. Increased water intake is also helpful to prevent dysmennorhea. During heavy & painful period you could take anti-inflammatory medicine like tranexamic acid, it would help to reduce flow & pain during your period.
Refer to a gynaecologist, if problem persists or worsens
Hope this information helps
