Suggest Remedy For Eating Disorder

Hello, I am a 19 year old girl and I have an eating disorder. Either I eat very little, or do a binge eat and then go purge. When I do eat, I eat just fruits and vegetables. I am scared to eat anything else because I don t want to gain weight. I have been at the doctors for general check because of my mum. The doctors took my blood etc. He said my kidneys don t look very good because I am dehydrated and I have a bad imune system. My heart rate is low (but not extremely). I do have a problem with being very dizzy time to time. After my last binge and purge I have experienced a pain below my jawline when I move my neck. My lymph nodes are swollen but I am not very sure why. Are these problems appearing just because of the way I eat? Also I am not underweight. I measure 172cm and weigh 59kg. Your doctors, after general check up of your blood etc. advised you that kidneys don 't look very good because you are dehydrated and have a bad d ehydrated and have a bad immune system .

I would like to suggest you to modify your food habits and life style ,
Don't skip your meals . Have diet including all essential nutrients - fiber ,vitamins , minerals and antioxidants in natural form and lot of water . Cucumber ,watermelon and other watery foods .

Potassium in bananas helps rehydrate you better than most foods.
Try adding 1 teaspoon lime juice, a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon sugar to a pint of water. Sip the beverage throughout the day to cure mild dehydration.

To maintain your proper wt proper assimilation of food is important . And for that regular exercise , walk , yoga - pranayam - deep breathiong help detoxifying your system has long been known to promote a strong immune system ,giving resistance from diseases along with
