ok here is the deal I will try to make it as fast and as accurate, I have no time for doctors right now I work literally all day 7 days a week so I need help just to understand. I am 23 I have dismenorhea and been taking the pill for 4 years to controll the pain, I lest the pill 2 months ago and I havent got my period yeat but some weeks ago I am getting terrible hungry, I am taling about I eat untill I almost vomit and I feel really sick, and when I get a little bit of air on my stomach I need to fill it and I eat again, I am getting scared dunno why is this happening...help!
Hi, Firstly take smaller meals a day and eat around 6 times a day.In that case you wont land up eating too much at once.
Also eat food rich in fibre as it takes a long time to get emptied from the stomach for example: foods containing complex starch. Eat lots of citrous fruits and green leafy vegetables and cucumber (zero calorie food) to fill your stomach. Avoid oily foods and too much of carbohydrates.
Also take rest dont get stressed out. Many times stress delays periods . Sleep for atleast 8 and a half hours at night.
If you are sexually active get a pregnancy test done. Thanks
