Suggest Remedy For Effective Weight Loss

I have taken phentermine many years ago and lost weight fast (I was walking and much younger). My doctor has put me back on them and it seems like it is doing nothing (20 yrs later and 80 lbs heavier). Nothing seems to work for loosing weight. I need something to work quick. Going to be mother of the groom in 8 months.

Phentamine drug this is appetite supresent.
For decrease your weight you have to modify your diet first.......
Diet modification is best for weight loss......

Do regular exercise and hard work out.

Follow vagitarian diet.
Eat fresh fruits and vegetable.
Avoid fatty foods and oily foods.
Avoid alcohol drinking.

Drink more water atleast 10 glasses per day.
Eat fruits which have low calory.
Avoid banana,mango like fruits......
Take sald in diet.

Drink milk in your diet.
Use brown rice.
Eat watermelon,berry,kiwi like fruits which have low fat.

you can meet nutrietionist for proper diet.
Check your thyroid level also.....
