Suggest Remedy For Elbow Pain With Numbness In Hand

Hi.My left shoulder hurts down to my elbow, and my hand, ring finger, and little finger have a sensation as if just before my hand is going numb. The pain comes worse at night but have it during the day at the moment. I am on medication for hypertension and i also use crutches all day long as am disabled. Any advice please?
