Suggest Remedy For Elevated ALT Levels

How can I get my ALT down? My sodium levels are slightly low, my MPV is high. I had severe premature ventricular contractions and was diagnosed as Gerd and felt better with sucralfate. My TSH was slightly high 5.1. I m also diabetic. So how can I know that my liver isn t the main culprit and not my heart?
