Hi, I Take blood preasure medicine, my blood pressure has been running high lately, it has been 149/87, and i just checked it, it is 149/82, about two times a day i will stand up and my heart will race, i have been having light chess pains and am having them now?

Hi,
As you are having high blood pressure since long and having these symptoms require some investigations like EKG, stress test and cardiac enzyme test to rule out any cardiac ailment.
You might require lipid profile as well.
Consult physician and get examined.
