hi doctor
iam 32yr old,i have high cholesterol (260-290) for 3yrs.currently not taking any medicines, iam very rarely use non veg.foods and alcohols.i am slim also. ,found a very small variation in my liver function test.what i do to sove my problems

Cholesterol is found in every cell of the body and has important natural functions. It is manufactured by the body but can also be taken in from food. It is waxy and fat-like in appearance.1-3

Cholesterol is both our friend and foe - at normal levels, it is an essential substance for the body's normal functioning, but if levels in the blood get too high, it becomes a silent danger that puts us at risk of a heart attack.

Eat a 'heart-healthy diet' (FIBERS rich whole meals low-fat toppings and sauces, and eat vegetables, fruits and veges supplements full of antioxidents like ginger ,garlic , aloe vera juice & amla juice, lemon juice with water twice before meals .

Avoid foods high in saturated fat

Take regular exercise yoga / pranayam to detoxify your system and for proper blood circulation.
