Suggest Remedy For Elevated Levels Of AST And ALT In Blood

Hey doctor..I am 20 years old and my AST, ALT levels are high enough..I used to drink 100% protein everyday 1 or 2 scoops..on 9th of august 2014 I had a blood test and my AST was 44 and ALT 76...I stopped the protein and I repeated the blood test on 3rd of September 2014..the levels were:AST 40 Alt 70. I repeated again the test on 5th of February 2015 AST 40 ,Alt 68..During this period until now I haven t drunk protein, I train everyday and I have a good diet...How can I reduce these levels?

Many thanks.
Elevated liver enzymes needs fasting from portion for 12 prior to test.
But you need to check all serology including hepatitis A,B,C.
you need to check CMV.
Any clinically jaundice,tiredness or whitish stool and itching.
if problem persist and any test positive you should follow up with Gadtroenterologist and Hepatalogist.
