Suggest Remedy For Elevated Sternum

Hello, I have an elevated sternum and it make my right peck stick out and from a side view it looks like I have a big gap in the middle of my chest, it doesn't cause any discomfort but I was wondering what could I do to lower it or will it disappear over time as my pecks get bigger?
