Suggest Remedy For Elevated Vascular Migraine Post Alcohol Consumption

I,am a 60 Yr. old male that has history of Severe headaches (Right/Rear - Cerebrum Bellum area) - Diagnosed as Vascular Migrains. Recently they have been occurring more severe when I turn my head upward to the right following a very intense sharp pain that seems to originate from my right ear inner area. These severe headaches lately are now occurring within 30 minutes of consuming (Sipping) app 4 to 6 oz of an 80 proof whiskey. I m not sure if I should be concerned or just eliminate all alcohal and keep my head from turning. What would your advise be?

I really appreciate your concern, this is the functional condition and better to stop consuming alcohol for some time along with this better to get done the clinical examination and some test (Blood test ) to rule out some infection, hope this information helps, take care.
