Suggest Remedy For Erectile Dysfunction

Male: 20 years old and having trouble with my sex life. During this past year I have had a closer relationship with alot of the girls in college but not have sex. For the past few months my sex drive has gone done greatly and I dont seem to be producing any erections somewhat. In the past month or two, my ball sac has been hanging down lower than normal every since I masturbated a while back and it seems to be too loose... What is wrong with me?

Dear service user,
Thanks for contacting Healthcaremagic.
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns regarding insufficient erections as compared to previous ones.
Let me know whether you achieve and maintain a good quality of erection in sleep, in the early morning, during masturbation but not at the time of coitus? If you are able to achieve and maintain erection in any one of the above mentioned situations than your problem is more likely psychological rather than physical.
There are several causes of insufficient erections. The common reasons are
1. Diabetes
2. Some medicines like anti depressants and anti psychotics
3. Performance anxiety (the most common reason)
4. Alcohol use
5. Smoking
6. after some surgical procedures
Masturbation in private or with a partner is generally considered a normal and healthy part of sexual enjoyment. Masturbation is not a disease hence no adverse effects. Masturbation will not lead to loose sac or drooping of testicles. Lack of knowledge leads to anxiety.
Get counselled with psychologist or psychiatrist.
Wish you good health.
