Suggest Remedy For Erectile Dysfunction

I am 21 years old I have never had sex before but I have some problems with my genitals.The middle part gets thinner of my penis when I have pee.It started happening in november.I have a lack of sperm amount also have a little bit erection weakness.I want to know what the problem is with me? please help me.

Thank you for writing to HCM.
I understand your concern about shape of penis, semen volume and erection quality.
The thinness of penis during voiding is not a disease.
Penis shape and size has no effect on sexual satisfaction of partner.
Volume and consistency of semen varies on age, sexual stimulus intensity, period of sexual abstinence. It has nothing to do with sexual satisfaction with the partner.
I suggest psychological counseling with trained psychiatrist.
