Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood your concern. Firstly, the way the abortion was performed through self-medication is improper. The way the bleeding is occurring is suggestive of retained products/infection and hence, needs immediate medical attention and a specialist opinion. I would ask you to get blood counts, coagulation profile, a sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the trans-vaginal route and urinalysis. Infection should be promptly treated. Any retained products must be emptied. Styptics are needed to arrest the bleeding. Please maintain proper genital hygiene. Hope this helps.
