Suggest Remedy For Excessive Bleeding

I am 43 years old, I have a problem during heavy period. Recently I have pain when I sneeze and clot comes out and I take 3 or 4 pad to change every hour. Is this normal or menopause. This has been happening and I get extreme pain which impacts my walking and getting up. I am worried that I might have iron defiency because it such heavy blood that I become weak and helplessness. It feels that my blood to coming out like a flow and its very thick clot that cover the whole pad.

This is not normal at all. The bleeding and pain that you described is way above normal. If that continues you may develop anemia. You should consult a gynecologist as soon as possible and get yourself checked out. You will need a speculum examination and most probably ultrasound. After confirming what is wrong you will be given the appropriate treatment. It is hard to say what is the cause of your excessive bleeding from your history but I would definitely refer you to a gynecologist. Take care and good day.
