Suggest Remedy For Excessive Bleeding

Hi! I'm on implanon since the last 3 weeks. I've started bleeding heavily since the last week. I'm aware that implanon might cause prolonged bleeding due to the hormones. Now I'm quite concerned if I bleed excessively, it would cause fatigue. Is there anything I could do to lessen the bleeding? For your information, I'm breastfeeding my son exclusively and quite selective on birth control which could affect my breastmilk production. Any suggestion?
