Suggest Remedy For Excessive Bleeding

i was given decapeptyl 11.5mg injection on the 6th of may as i suffer extreme pmt, i was on antidepressants and lorazapem and diazapam, tried a vast range of contraceptive pills over the years and the the depo injection in december followed by the implant in january,however i have bled since the 7th of february and only had 3 weeks off in total, when i stop bleeding and have sex with my husband it causes the bleeding to start again, its heavy and very clotted, i have transenamic acid to stop the bleeds, lasted 5 days this time, i am exhausted with this and dont know where to turn for help,
