Suggest Remedy For Excessive Hair Fall After Using Xgain Shampoo

Hello doctor, I am 24 yrs girl and have been using Xgain shampoo past 1.5 months after my doctor suggested to use it for hair fall as im having thyroid too. unfortunately, i had more hairfall than before . i can say 4 times than it was before. Please suggest me what i am suppose to do now?

continue thyroid treatment as advised. use nizral solution over scalp and then apply nizral shampoo. repeat it for 5to 6times.
