hello . im am long term meth user . i am having an issue with what feels like mucus stuck in the back of my throat . i gag nd almost throw up trying to get it to come out . its hard to swollow also . can you help ? ive been using meth for 12 years and never had this problem , do you think its related ?

This isn't likely from the meth. It sounds like you may have a sinus infection with post-nasal drip and you need a course of antibiotics to clear that
