Suggest Remedy For Exhaustion And Numbness Along With Fluctuating BP

Woke this morning with a numb feeling brain, while getting coffe, felt like I was totally exhausted. Sat for a while helped, while driving to work realized I was driving 20 below speed limits. Came back home, Blood pressure was 119/69 with pulse of 61. went back to bed and slept for 4 hours, pressure 120/79 pulse 70. Still feel somewhat numb and week

I really appreciate your concern, given symptoms may not be due to any disease but it could be due to some exertion or may be due to dehydration, your age and gender is not given here else something else can be thought hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
